📦 Shipping & Policies

At Refined Resurrections, every item is hand-selected, wrapped with care, and shipped with the intention of arriving safely and beautifully to its new forever home.



🧥 Clothing, Jewelry & Accessories

Orders are processed and shipped within 24–72 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
All items are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on location and size of the package.



🏺 Homeware & Glassware

Each piece is unique and often fragile. Orders will ship within 3–7 business days to allow time for careful packaging.
We believe beauty should never be rushed, especially when it’s one-of-a-kind.



🪑 Furniture

Once you purchase a furniture item, we’ll reach out personally to coordinate shipping.
    •    Shipping fees are invoiced separately and will include crating, materials, and handling.
    •    Payment for shipping must be made within 72 hours of receiving your invoice.
    •    If unpaid, your order will be automatically refunded.
    •    Each listing includes estimated size and weight to help you plan ahead for freight costs.

Want to use your own carrier? Just let us know when we contact you.

⏳ If shipping isn’t arranged within 5 business days, your order will be refunded.

After shipping is confirmed, your item will be packed and shipped within 3–4 weeks.



📍 Local Pickup & Delivery (Nashville, TN)

We offer local pickup and delivery within the Nashville area.
    •    Select Local Pickup at checkout and we’ll coordinate a pickup time.
    •    For delivery, we’ll send a separate invoice and schedule the earliest available window.



❌ Cancellations

Refined Resurrections reserves the right to cancel any order due to item availability or shipping complications.
Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays or holiday closures.



📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages sent without insurance or signature confirmation.

If you experience a delivery issue, email us at hello@laurenmakk.com within 14 days of your purchase date.



🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship clothing, jewelry, and accessories worldwide (some country exclusions apply).
Items ship via USPS or DHL, and rates vary based on weight and destination.
    •    Customs duties, VAT, and international fees are the responsibility of the customer.
    •    We are legally required to declare the full value on customs forms.
    •    Occasionally, international orders may experience customs delays.

Please note: Glassware, Homeware, and Furniture are not available for international shipping at this time.
